Well, I'm sad/relieved that neither of us have been following our hard core diet plans haha... makes me feel a little better about not being so strict on myself. Although its all business now... time to whip myself into some shape! Hopefully i can cut out the sugar and junk food that has crept its way into my diet :( then i should be pretty good, since most of my diet consists of cereal, chicken and rice, and salad and soup... I have to be honest, i haven't weighed myself recently... but i think i'm maintaining my weight. I've been lifting a lot more and i can feel the difference... and my legs are FOR SURE feeling the difference with all these lovely hills. Anywho... just a brief update...
Hoping that i can be more stubborn with my eating habits... NEED TO MAKE this next season in under 21 for all my races... maybe the first one i can slide on... but other than that i dont want to be in the 22's or high 21's.

makes me feel a little better knowing i'm not the only one having troubles sticking to it. as we've discussed, we have a serious food addiction. haha. now that i've started work, hopefully i can be a little more strict...quick breakfast, light lunch, workout, then dinner. or at least thats what i'm trying to do. we work some really long days, so coming home just to go make myself more tired isn't exactly fun all the time.
